This art installation by Stephen Dean is a 15 meter high suspended ladder that contains colored dichronic stained glass, a technique developed by NASA. It was temporarily displayed in the basilica to highlight the changing perspectives of the color and light from the windows and to add a modern symbolic element to the viewing experience.
